After graduating from Windsor Park Collegiate, Jeff played at the University of Winnipeg. A big man who could dominate as a rebounder and a scorer, he was a 3-time CIS All-Canadian in 1992, ’93, and ’94. In 1994, Jeff was CIS Player of the Year. Jeff was also a member of the Canadian national team.
